Having the right snacks is one of the most essential parts of any road trip and planning ahead becomes even more important when having braces. For most, travel is almost inevitable during the holiday season. With so much to celebrate, remember to think ahead for snacks that are braces-friendly.

As tempting as it is to reach for your favorite chocolate caramel candy bar, this could have some immediate consequences! The wrong snack choice can damage your wire or bracket, extending the treatment time. Here are a few ideas to get you started when planning for your next family road trip.
